Focus on the Fundamentals:

I want our customers and prospects to understand the underlying philosophies that determine my business style.  To a large degree, I select my vendors and employees based on their character. My style of doing business flows out of my personal character. I'm in it for the long run; I need to provide you products that will make you successful. If I can accomplish this, my company will be successful.

Mission Statement

Value:   I strive to offer you value; I define this as superior products delivered as soon as humanly possible at a fair market price.

Products:  I will only recommend products that will fit your application. If my products can't, I will help you find someone who can provide what you need.

Relations:  I will not jeopardize a customer relationship for a short term gain. I will bend over backwards to make you feel you have been treated fairly.

Reputation:  I guard my reputation fiercely; it's my most valuable asset!   If I find an employee has lied to me or my customers; that employee and I will soon part ways.

Accessibility:  Regardless of how much Encore Enterprise grows; our customers have the right to call anyone in this organization that can be of assistance to them, including me. If we're not getting the job done, I want to know it.

Improvement:  We are "Working to be the Best in the World", with the emphasis on "working". It is a statement of desire and direction, not a statement of fact. We will never declare that we "are" the best, because only our customers can make that determination.
