Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.
Payment of an invoice
Sign into Encore Store by clicking the (Sign In) tab. Enter your email address myemail@???.com and your password xxxxXXXX You’ll see, (Welcome “your name” to Encore Store), Showing you’re signed into the store. Click on the tab, (Your Account); this will take you to the (Account History) page. Click on the (Make payment) box, this will release funds for the payment for the invoice.
Return Policy
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. With the exception of chemicals, cleaners and aerosol sprays, if any item you order from Encore Store does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 30 days of receiving it. Please call before returning any items and we will email you a return authorization number. Place the return authorization in the package when you ship it. When we receive the returned item, Encore Store will issue a refund to the credit card for the original purchase price. We do not pay for return shipping.
Simply place the item and original paperwork securely in the original package. Include the return authorization number.
